Rope Torso

Rope Torso, 2005, Dimensions Variable, Welded Armature, Woven Hemp Rope, Twine, Sisal Rope, String. The sculpture is hand-woven from natural fibers on a custom welded steel frame. Various lengths of hemp rope extend outward from the sculpture itself to the walls of the exhibition space.
