Bite Me

Bite Me (2005) was a temporary installation of birdseed and beef suet on wooden armature. The work was eaten by squirrels over a period of 2 weeks in the suburbs of Chicago, IL, U.S.A. The classical bust was cast in materials intended to attract local wildlife. The squirrels and mice consumed the piece, altering its shape over time.
